My Bill seems to be Incorrect

I made the biggest mistake of my life when I signed a contract with O2 a year ago. The first scam was when they asked me to sign a contract without letting me know that I would first have to pay registration fee which was 75 and after that they failed to inform that the contract would be 2 years long. Now a year has passed but I keep getting charged different bills. Sometimes its 29.99 which was are actual charges but sometimes 33, 35 and I haven’t really thought much of that but this month I was charged almost 78 euro when I literally have an unlimited and fixed contract of 30 a month. Why have I been charged with this, I need my money back.

Have you looked at the bill? On page 2 you can see exactly what you are being charged for. What is it? There are lots of reasons why a bill can be higher than the basic charge, for example calls to other countries, calls to non-geographic numbers, third-party payments, roaming outside the EU.


I haven’t travelled outside the EU at all, I was calling   Canada but that was a couple of months before and not now, and they never really picked it up. And yes I read the bill they are charging me for 3 different things right now when I only have one plan. I am being charged for O2 unlimited smart (42,99) , O2 S (9,0) and  ‘Verbindung und Services’ (47,60)

My tariff is only O2 unlimited basic. So idk what all of these charges are for

Then you seem to have 2 contracts: unlimited smart and S. Did you get 2 SIM cards?

Do you also have an itemised bill (EVN)? Verbindungen und Services could be several things.

Also compare the current bill with the last one. Is it just Verbindungen & Services that are different?

That is good that you are asking about your bill and that bs0 already could give you advice where to look for answerrs in your monthly bills.

Could you already check page two of your current and maybe also your bills before for items like Verbindungen und Services and whether in your customer account there is also an itemised bill, titled with EVN?

Hi, not really. I don’t have any EVN or itemised bill, and the inly difference is Verbindung und Services, the rest is more or less the same with a difference in a euro or 2.

did you check here: Einzelverbindungsnachweis 

Usually you should see the itemized bill right there.
