Invoices needed for 2024

Hi, I can never find my invoices in the app :(( can someone from O2 please send my invoices from 2024 to me? I need them urgently. 

And please can O2 make this function way more accessible?!

Have you logged into the app with your phone number? Is the contract still active? What's the customer portal like? Is it possible to log in with your phone number there?

I have logged in to the app with my phone number. Yes the contract is still active. I believe that invoices for prepaid contracts are not issued. So I need to contact support for this but can not reach anyone.

In fact, with prepaid there are no monthly bills.

We offer a VAT receipt in the form of an invoice for our prepaid customers. I assume that's what you need?

Unfortunately, we don't currently have access to our prepaid customers' data here in the community, so a call to our customer service is required. 

You can reach our prepaid customer service at 0176 88 85 52 82, Monday to Friday, 7 a.m. to 8 p.m., Saturday, 10 a.m. to 6 p.m., weekdays. Unfortunately, there is no English-speaking hotline.
