I can't login into th O2 App

I have not been able to login to the o2 app, everytime I try I get this message: “da hat etwas nicht geklappt…” and to try it later. But I have been having this problem for over a week now.

 

Can someone help me?.

What kind of contract do you have with o2 and is it already active?

I have a prepaid plan, but 2 weeks ago it ran out, then when I tried opening the app to buy a new plan I couldn’t login anymore

Log in using your phone number as your username; if necessary, you may need to register the phone number. Registration via email is not possible.

when I try using my number as my username the website doesn’t recognize my account, how can I register this number under my email?

Try logging in with SMS code, click on log in without password.

No. The option of using an SMS code, is not available. There is no button or a link to choose this option

I'm sorry you're having trouble logging into the My o2 app.

Does logging into Mein o2 via a browser work? https://www.o2online.de/mein-o2/

Have you tried the "Kennwort vergessen"-Button?

yes it works through the browser. the problem is not the password. 

 

While this problem is still happening is there a way I can top up my prepaid? I already have money into the account but I don’t how to select a data plan through the website

I have the same problem. Can't top up my Guthaben, now prepaid has expired, through Website i cant do anything, just Chat. Tryed everything, delete, reinstalled, change password both online and o2app multiple times. Shame that we cant do anything through Website.

Yes I still have the same problem, the error message is always coming up. I tried to find out how to top up my prepaid but, it seems to be possible.

 

Should I try contacting someone else at customer service

 

This problem has happening for the last 3 weeks and since then I have no mobile data. This is starting to becoming very annoying

@Diogossl It's unfortunate that you still can't use the app. You also have other options for topping up your prepaid credit or booking a package 😊 This is not only possible in our app.

We apologize that you are experiencing the same issue. Please try using a different method to top up your prepaid credit. You can also use a key code if you purchase a credit card at a gas station, shop, or supermarket. You can often purchase credit at ATMs or directly through online banking. Is one of these options available to you?

I cant login in the app like others. Also i am not able to see my bills and other servies on browser but it showed me logged in. What to do?

Then you're not logged in with your phone number as your username. If necessary, register the phone number first.

Can you tell us which tariff you are currently using? Is it a prepaid or postpaid contract?

Alternatively, you can also register with your details (phonenumber and password on our website https://www.o2online.de/ecareng

I'm going to bring my phone number to 1und1. This is not normal for 2025 year, that i have to Deal with tech App like this.

I tryed: Everything, New App, New pass, Email Pass, phone number Pass, change Pass, tryed to login with number, with Name, with Email, with Email new Code and name, tryed register number again, register new account, i tryed everything. 

Tryed activating through sms, tryed activating Tariff through 5667, only some Email i got. Funny stuff, 2025 year.

before trying via the customer portal via a website as Bumer suggested, try to erase cookies and cache as well.

Does this work or do you get an error message?
