extremely low internet on my Mobile data over last days

Over the last days my internet mobile data are ridiculously low causing me stress as cannot do basic things that I pay quite high price to doi have been an O2 costumer for quite a few years already and this behaviour is unacceptable.

I suspect you don't on purpose to pay extra for higher speed suddenly as these types of text messages came from you instead of explaining why on earth I experience such low useless speed.

 

Also , my contract of 40€ high speed home + mobile unlimited calls and internet was successfully paid and even several times exceeding 100€ per month as never understood why you charged some outrageous bills while using it few times for a while abroad.

 

Now although my contract finished in September, I do continue to pay as I assume without interrupting it , should continue with same rates and terms - but what I experience is totally unacceptable.

If it's not fixed by Monday the 13th October - I will switch to another more trustworthy provider as this should be denounced also to consumer Union and business trade union as well as Ministry of finance for unethical work process.

 

I await your urgent reply.

Do I understand it correctly that your complaint is about your mobile contract and its slow mobile data?

And apart from this contract you also have a broadband/internet Home Tarif, but there the connection is ok?

If it concerns your mobile data, is the speed slow at a certain address and have you checked via our live check whether for that address disturbances or restrictions are reported by our technical department?

Has one of your contracts been cancelled in September? Usually bills are made retrospectively, so you would have one last bill in October when a contract is finished in September. Did you get a confirmation of the cancellation?

The home internet is fine.

The problem is the O2 mobile data internet where I have tested it in multiple areas and it cannot be neither the areas fault not the phone s fault as when I enter from WiFi with same mobile same areas it works fine.

What are you talking about? 

No contract has been cancelled because when the costumer doesn't interrupt it , it goes on automatically.

I would suggest before you use AI for automatic replies - to bother using a normal actual person to read what I wrote , check my number which I have provided since am enrolled and you can see all my data and then bother to reply with a solution or report the problem ( which is evidently a camouflaged blackmail of O2 company to make costumers pay more suddenly to get speedy internet.

I do understand that it is very annoying, when your mobile data is that slow, ​@Anakyris.

It seems I misunderstood you when you wrote your contract finished in September.

AI we do not use in our o2 Community. 

Do you also have a bad mobile data conenction at your address?

There, in our live check no disturbance is shown. When it is at different addresses, where you have slow mobile data and if via our live check there is no disturbance or restrictions shown, do you have the option to try your SIM card in a different device just to make sure that your smartphone is not the cause?

I checked with our systems, there are no locks for your number.

Then please explain what is the cause of super slow useless Data internet on my mobile.

As I explained my mobile works fine when connected to WiFi both in my address as well as anywhere else...but not the O2 Data mobile since last week.....and in all locations in Berlin airport, Ritz Carlton, Barenboim Saal , Schoenberg, Grunewald and Athens Greece so basically all locations it was until a week ago working fine - I started getting suddenly text messages from O2 that if I need speedy internet to pay extra ...which I unfortunately did whole 10€ that I thought would suffice for the whole month because was awaiting Uber taxi and could not locate anything due to super slow useless internet. Then after 10th that is only 2 days after I bought that extra ....I was sent more text messages from O2 if I wanted more speedy internet to pay another 15€ ! Which is totally shocking and absurd.

If you got messages from us offering additional mobile data it might be that your current volume has been used up for the current running time of your bill, ​@Anakyris.

You can check this in your Mein o2 customer account, where it appears on the first page:

Why it stated until 10th of October the address more speedy internet and what about now that's the 12th - has the monthly new GB been again re instated?

Yes, ​@Anakyris, with a new billing cycle the data volume of your number ist renewed.

What data you have used in the last data cycle you can see on page 3 of your monthly bill.

The current data usage you can check in your Mein o2 customer account, it is shown there on the first page:
