Hey @Hamzah Mahir that sounds unfortunate, let’s have a look, where the money went.

The easiest way would be to login into the Mein O₂ App and click on “Verbrauch & Kosten” → “Guthaben & Aufladungen” → “Details anzeigen”. There you should have an overview about all charges that have been made, wether it’s an SMS, data or calls. This should give us a hint on where to have a look. 😊

Regards,
Paul

as you can see the last month I did the same and they and I recharged my phone with €10 and actually there was €10 but for some reason this didn’t happen the same this time I recharge my phone with yours, but they gave me €8.8, and to renew my contract I need €9.99 so you see what’s the problem

Hello @Hamzah Mahir,

it might be that conenctions were billed. If you have activated an itemised Bill (Einzelverbimndungsnachweis), are you shown an billed connections under “Einzelverbimndungsnachweis”?

Best Regards,

Gerrit
