I deleted my preinstalled eSIM.

Hey there! I had a little mishap and accidentally deleted my pre-installed eSIM. Any chance you could help me get a replacement QR code so I can set up my “my O2” account?

Hello everyone,

 

I have contacted the support team, but the initial employee may have misunderstood and activated Multisim, which is not functional for me as I do not have an O2 account yet. The second employee subsequently deleted Multisim and sent a letter containing an eSIM QR code, but it has proven to be invalid. I am quite disappointed to the extent that I will refrain from contacting the support team again for a second QR code via mail, as I am still under contract with Vodafone.

Hello ​@excidiumvitae,

that is not so nice, that you only had been sent the QR code on your second try and then it did not work.

Could you already revoke your contract?
