Switching Internet Provider was Not Successful

I received an email to contact you on the following number, but the answer machine speaks only German, and I don't. I called the English support number they said the only way to find someone who speaks German to contact this number.. what to do?

So you have an internet and landline connection with us and want to switch providers? How exactly did you notify us of the change? Did you have a new provider cancel your contract with us?

I agree with Bumer's question: do you have someone who speaks German and can call us for you?

I tried, I speak basics, and with the help of AI, but your customer service agent (Anna) was rude, unprofessional and not patient.l and she disconnected while I am trying to explain to her. I don't have contract with you, I wanted to bring my contract to you. But (Anna) was an example of the rude service I will get with the offer and I changed my mind. Thank you!

I went to their shop in Wilmersdorferstraße, they were very nice and did it for me.
