about ordered new phone

I have already ordered new iPhone 17 with contract on 08.10.2025 but still no further information and not yet received what should I do to get information or status about ordered phone could you please answer me about that

It's unfortunate that you haven't received any further information about your order. Did you also not receive an order confirmation? Have you already checked your spam folder?

I have already got a mail from O2 team about (Gesetzliche pflichtinformation) with my vertragzusammenfassung and another documents  AGB etc. but not yet received my phone

I could take a look, an order from the 8.10.2025 I did not find, only an order from the 14.10. This order is being worked upon by our logistics team.

You can check the order status on our website or via the Mein o2 app 🙂
