eSIM order

Hello! I am sorry for writing in English, but I am an expat living in Germany with only a limited knowledge of German. I ordered a tariff with eSIM a few days ago; however, I have not received a confirmation with my account details, thus, I cannot check the order status. Would someone be able to advise how long it takes to receive either the eSIM card, or where I can find my order number to be able to check what is happening?

Didn't receive an order confirmation? If so, the eSIM profile will arrive by mail within two weeks. If not, you were probably rejected.

I received an email that more information will follow (but with no order number in the email) , but I received no further information and no information about the shipment of the eSIM. After enquiring further, I got a confirmation that my order was accepted by an o2 representative over email, but I still do not know the status of my order and cannot identify my order number to track it.

I received an email entitled “Vielen Dank für Ihre Bestellung” which I assumed was a confirmation of the order but that email did not contain a contract with my order number, necessary for tracking orders. How should an order confirmation email look?

This is only the confirmation of receipt of your order. It also states that you will receive another email after it has been checked.

Then I have not received an order confirmation. What can I do? I have not received that my order was cancelled either.

Did you check your spam folder? If you haven't already, please call our customer service team to inquire about the status of your eSIM order.

Hello, I called the customer service team, and they confirmed that the order was accepted and the eSIM sent, so it should be on its way and hopefully with me soon. They also gave me my customer number.
