Hello, I have been trying for a week to install an esim on my Iphone 13. I'm pretty much on my own, as the phone assistance redirects me to the store, and the store in my area send me away everyday with a different excuse (once the system down; once it's impossibile to install an esim from a store; once the colleague that does that on that day is not in; once going 40 minutes before closing is too late to install an esim). Therefore, I have only internet to look for solutions. I have a multicard, the first sim is gone, because after the first attempt I deleted the esim and the physical sim is not working anymore. The second physical sim is working, but I'm not going to mess with that otherwise I will lose my only access to message codes. I tried ordering new replacement esims on the website with the qr code, but the installation never works. My esim profile now shows sim 1 and sim 4 (sim 2 is the physical sim I have with me and sim 3 is nowhere to be found). I have read that my solutio

Hello,i recently tried topping up my O2 prepaid with 10€ and it seemed to have topped up properly and automatically chosen plan S for 9.99€ but then I am unable to see my plan details and I am unable to use my SIM card.  when I call hotline they say my number is „gekündigt“ and they cannot do anything about it and I have to buy a new prepaid plan. I do not want to lose this number. I was using o2 in November 2022 with the same plan by recharging it. It was working fine then. I cannot now use the 10€ that I topped up and it’s Plan as well as it shows my current plan as o2 loop. Any help would be greatly appreciated.thanks.best regards Aparajith

Hi,When I bought my o2 sim card I told the seller I would only be in Germany for 3 months and then I would have left not knowing if I would come back.He said there would be no problem to pause my contract for some months and then reactivate it or just cancel it.Turns out he sold me out on a 2 years post paid contract with no possibility to cancel or pause it. Or at least it is what I understood from my client area on the o2 website. Can anybody tell me if there is a way to pause my contract for a few months or cancel it as I won’t be coming back to Germany? I’m on the  O2nd Free M Online contract.Thank you

I want to try conference call with my o2 sim card, but failed. I am not sure if this feature is activated or not. Is there someone here can help me to check it? If it is currently deactivated, please help to activate it. Thanks in advance!

Dear O2 Support, I am an O2 customer having "O2 Free S plus - 2017" package against my number. The contract is valid till 29.12.2019 and latest contract cancellation date is 27.09.2019. I do not want to continue with your service and wish to cancel the contract (3 month notice period). Is there any template/sample letter of the cancellation available that i could use? If so, please send me that template. Also, if i send you the cancellation notice (3 month notice period), would i still be able to use the service for those 3 months? I would appreciate your response in this regard. Regards, Haris Noman

i have problem receiving OTP messages from my bank. Could you check if my profile has any changes?

I recently received my homespot M router last and service has been very poor. I was informed that my area has 5G connection. However, I only received LTE at my flat to date. (Hochstrasse, Passau 94032, Bayern). I have been serving LTE works but is only serving a few - 5-10 MBs - on average. Is 5G not available in my area? My building is quite old, I live on the ground floor and the router seems to only receive medium signal strength (2 bars) regardless of positioning in my flat. Any advice or suggestions to either improve signal reception or internet speed.Would an antenna or receiver for LTE / 5g help? Can I even connect this to the provided router (askey)? I just signed a 2 year contract and do not want to be stuck with this for 2 years. I also work from home so reliability is important.Thanks! o2_Giulia, 10.01.2023, 08:57: moved from Mobilfunk zu Hause & HomeSpot: Router, Software, Internet & Telefonie to English O₂ Community: Mobile

Hi,Overall, I have a terrible experience with Meine O2 app. I don’t speak German. I can never know, when is my pack finishing and when should be next billing and I never know how many minutes of phone call i have. And I also faced this problem. Can you help please? I have an existing monthly option Kombi-Optionen, o2 my prepaid S and the internet finished before the next billing, so I bought a second option with 4gb Data Pack L. Then i saw in my app that I have two active options, and i didn’t want to be billed for 2 options every month so I cancelled the L pack right a day after buying it. However, I didn’t not want to cancel this months data pack that I already paid for. I wanted to stop paying for next months. But it cancelled this month too, now i don’t have any internet, and I don’t have a refund of this cancelled data pack. The unsubscribe button i pushed just wasted the money and data pack. Can you please refund me the money for this data pack or give it back to me only for this

Hello! I received a monthly bill for my mobile contract as a direct debit request to my bank app, but accidently missed to confirm the payment instantly.Today I received a message from the bank that this direct debit request has expired.I paid the invoice manually. Is that OK? Or do I need to do something else? And what will be the consequences? Thanks in advanceo2_Antje: Moved from Rechnung to Englisch Community / 14.01.2023 / 14:35 Uhr

Hello,  ladies and gentlemen, In the month of October, my husband received a call from o2 proposing a contract of a SIM card with unlimited internet for the cost of 19.99€/month. My husband at that time was in Stockholm for a week, and knowing that we were already thinking to buy one, his answer was to give him time until he comes back to Germany se we can decide together. the seller asked  when can he call again, so my husband gave him the date of the 12 of October, and as promised the o2 operator called on that date. I was not so sure about it especially that I had from the shop that is near us, a partner offer for 50% of discount etc.. we were sharing this with the online seller but he managed to convince us that we will not find the offer of unlimited internet for only 19.99€. And because we trusted o2 and we didn’t have any doubts that they will definitely offer us the best, we accepted the offer, the operator made with my husband an oral recorded agreement, by reading the contrac

Hello, I don't have any service on my SIM card. This began on 21 December 2022. Not sure ehat is the problem. I cannot call customer service for the obvious reason.

Hi, I’ve just arrived in Germany and gotten an O2 simcard however I can’t seem to download the Mein O2 app from the App Store. The store says it is not available in my country. Previously I was in Singapore and that is where my App Store is registered. The problem is I can’t change my country without cancelling my 1 year Apple TV subscription (not something I’d like to do). Why is the meinO2 app geolocked? is there a way to download it without going through the App Store? ThanksSam

Dear team,   My customer number is XXXXXXXXXX.I took this post paid simcard contract and a mobile phone in the O2shop in Erlangen Arcaden on 22, November, 2022. Before taking thecontract I was not aware of the rules and regulations as I am new toGermany. Especially the shop owner who did not explain to me any termsand conditions before signing the contract. Or he did not givesufficient time to go through the contract before signing. He also didnot specify that I cannot cancel the contract after I sign it. I wasclueless about all these. I cannot understand or speak German as well.I recognized the bills are huge and decided to cancel the contract thevery next day on 23, November, 2022. But the shop owner assured hewill cancel the mobile phone but not the contract. He was alsoimpolite about this.So I called the customer care of O2 and they assured me that theNuremberg headquarters will cancel the contract, understanding mysituation. But the Nuremberg headquarters have replied they cannotc

Dear community members, I purchased my 24-months tariff plan 4 hours ago and I am not happy about it. I came to buy a Flexible tariff plan to the shop to get urgent internet access, knowing that on 1st of January I move to the US. I was told that there is no Flexible SIM cards and I have to order them online and wait for 10 days. Also that I can cancel my contract due to moving outside of the EU (not mentioning 3 months fee - which is actually a fee). And that I can downgrade my tariff plan in 6 months. I agreed on 2-year plan on these conditions, but when I came home and was able to translate the contract and the web site I understood that it was, nicely put, not exactly true. Is it still possible to change to a flexible contract? I already spoke with customer service - they told me to write an official complaint, which I've prepared, but do not want to be involved into this since I just wanted to have internet for 6 months… I'll try my luck at the shop where I signed in 4 hours
