Hello O2 Team,
I had a prepaid tariff with 3 GB for 10 € until February 2022 under the number +4917********8 and in March 2022 I signed a two-year contract for a tariff with unlimited data volume for 30 €.
When I signed the contract in the o2 shop in Hauptstraße (Heidelberg), I told the o2 employee that I wanted a new tariff for 2 years with unlimited data volume for 30 € from March and signed the contract without checking the exact details.
After 5 months of contract, I checked the previous bills and found that I currently have two tariffs running in my name.
1. Tariff 1
Mobile phone number 0176******81
3 GB data volume for 9,99 €.
2. tariff 2
Mobile number 0176********
unlimited data volume for 30 €.
I know the contract has been running for 5 months, but there was a misunderstanding between me and the o2 employee at the o2 store and my contract started for 2 sim cards.
I went back to the o2 store in the high street but it was closed, so I asked at another o2 store and was informed of my situation.
I would like to cancel tariff 1 for mobile number 017632****** and also be refunded the €49.95 for the last 5 months for mobile number 017632****** as I never used the service and was not aware that the sim card was active.
I have written a letter to O2 Nuremberg but have not received a reply in the last 1 month.
I talked over with the o2 English customer service and They suggested me to write a letter again.
I have written the letter again and sent it to O2 Nuremberg but I am not expecting any answer from them.
A quick help would be appreciated.
Thank you
