o2 app not working


Hello, hope someone who speaks English can help me!

 

I’m currently running into a problem within the o2-de app. I try to login to my account and every time I try to do that, it gives me an error. 
 

It says:

”Hinwies

Ein allgemeiner Fehier ist aufgetreten. Bitte versuchen Sie es später noch einmal. (-1)”

 

I need help as it’s urgent for me to access my details, especially since I’ve just moved from England to Germany! o2-uk is literally useless at this point since o2-uk and o2-de don’t affiliate with each other so there customer support can’t do anything which is understandable.

Plus I’m on a Prepaid sim - but this shouldn’t be the issue correct? Pay as you go sims in the UK still work on there apps as you can top up via there app. Not sure if it’s the same here though?

At the moment there is downtime, It should work again in the course of the day. 
 

But the error message sounds a bit different from mine. Have you registered your phone number on My O₂

Hi! Everything works now. But I ran into a different problem!!! I accidentally tapped on the button that says to keep your number and leave o2 to join a different provider. Something like this, and I need to cancel it because it has a few days before it changes I think?

 

How can I cancel this? I didn’t mean for this to happen :(

First of all, did you enter anything for the porting? If no, I would still call customer service.

Have you received a confirmation for the porting? If yes, then you have 5 days left, if no, then you can do the following: So call tomorrow the english customer service under: 089 66 66 30 08 1 Mon. - Fri. 8 am - 8 pm, Sat. 10 am - 6 pm, on workdays.

Hi, ok thanks. I have a prepaid sim and I only have about €5 left in it, how much is the rate for the number? Or is it free.

Hey @majed a,

As far as I know, I'm not entirely sure: at fixed network price, since you are calling from the mobile network, it will be 60 cents I believe.
