Transfer from Aldi Talk to O2

Hello, I have Aldi Talk Prepaid sim and I have a new postpaid contract with O2. I chose to keep my telephone number but unfortunately the sim that O2 gave me is a new number. What should I do?

Hello @Lav19,

Register the O₂ number for "My O₂“ and instruct the number portability from Aldi-Talk. Let the phone number be released there beforehand.
