Prepaid Sim Card Blocked


My prepaid sim card is blocked. I had an outstanding payment and I’ve paid it by top-up from credit card but my sim card is still blocked.

I don’t know english and the prepaid hotline is only in German. Please help me get my number unblocked.

The top up is done, that looks fine.
I send a mail to our prepaid departement to ask for unblocking the card. As soon as i get an answer, i will inform you here in the thread.

I have similar case, if someones sim card is completely blocked and can not be unblocked, and they have some amount in their account, how can the customer get back the amount?

It can take up to 14 days for a moderator to stop by here due to high demand for help.

@RhobarDerIII this helpline number is only for contract sim cards. They refused to help with prepaid sim card.

@safiullah You can also reach the support via live chat. As I said, it can take up to 14 days until a moderator comes by. And your card can only be unblocked by the support because we as customer are powerless here.
