Hello @Iftekher, welcome at our community. I am sorry for the issues with the new card?
Does the problem persist? If yes, i can send you a new SIM-Card.
Kind regards, Ines.
Hi @o2_Ines,
Thanks for your reply. But I've waited long enough for your reply and ordered a new prepaid SIM card again which reached yesterday. Let's see if this work or not. Otherwise I'll have to come to you again!
Regards,
Iftekher

Hello, I order a sim replacement on Monday at the o2 office and the sim has not been working since then it shows no sim card, I have tried restarting my phone many times and still the same thingb… I will appreciate it if you can help me solve the problem. Thanks
Hi @Yetty ,
all activation order are completed and closed.
If the phone does not recognize the SIM, does not ask for the PIN and shows “no SIM inserted”, please check the SIM in a different phone and a different SIM in that particular phone.
It doesn’t matter if the SIM is activated or nor; the SIM PIN always comes first. Even with no available network the basic functions of the SIM should be available.
If a different SIM works just fine, and the your new SIM won’t work anywhere else, we’ll need to replace the SIM one more time.
If your phone does not respond to any SIM at all, try to take a look at the SIM-Slot:
Are there any misformed pieces or is there a lot of Dust?
Best regards,
Kurt
Hello, i have the same problem. Today i bought a sim card from REWE, i activated it on Postident, but still not working. I recived the mail where is specified that my sim card is activated, but still not working. The phone requested me the PIN, worked, but still i don’t reach calls, sms or the internet is not working. The sim card that i bought today is that with 6,5 GB LTE MAX ALL NET FLAT with 15 euro startguthaben.

Can someone help me with my problem?
Hi @Soulrayne ,
the PIN-entry request is a good sign! The activation can take up to 24 hours. Have you tried turning your phone off and on again?
Best regards,
Kurt
I ordered o2 prepaid sim card , im suffering 2weeks already to aktivate it, my Roumanian id document not accepted, so i had to 3 time to Deutsche Post filiale to make ident chekt , on 2 places staff said , that its done , now i just have to wait for e-mail, but nothing happening , i didnt even get e-mail after couple days… cant understand what is so hard..
Dear @LorandjJakab014 ,
please accept my apologies for any complications with the activation. Did it work in the meantime, were you able to activate the SIM card?
Kind regards,
Andrea
My prepaid card worked for a few days but it stopped all of a sudden with 10GB of data left. I went to an O2 store yesterday. The guy took the sim card out and put it back in and it seemed to work until this morning. Now, it’s not working anymore. I went back to the store and they told me to call a number for prepaid cards. I called but they DO NOT speak any English. I am shocked at how bad the customer service is here. No one can help me. I paid them 30 euros and lost the money. It feels like I’m in a third world country. On my way to Vodafone to buy another prepaid card from them. I will never give O2 any money ever again and will make sure to tell all my friends about this company.
Hi @Sefarad, welcome at our community.
I am very sorry that your card has stopped working. And I also find it strange that it works sometimes and then not again.
I checked the system and everything looks fine so far. Please try restarting your phone.
Kind regards, Ines.
