Hello, 

In my contract of my both numbers data roaming in EU is included. I experience differently. During my recent trips to Portugal, France and Italy, I was able to connect time to time in Portugal, continuously in France and not at all in Italy. During my previous trips to Italy connecting to mobile data was impossible even after changing manually to all network providers. This definitely not nice when I am in foreign country and can't connect to internet. 

Requesting to review and give a solution.

Welcome to the o2 Community. Are you using both cards in one device at the same time? Which device are you currently using? Is one SIM card an eSIM?

Both cards are in two different devices ( mobile hand set ) and they are physical sim cards.

what you describe is of course very annoying, especially on vacation you don't want to have such problems. If the Internet connection worked partially abroad, there is certainly no blockage on the SIM cards. It is of course difficult to find out afterwards what the problems could have been. If you are abroad again and the problems occur again, please check whether you have a better connection in the network of another provider. Every now and then you have to switch back and forth several times.

Of course, it is also possible that the network coverage at the location is not sufficient, or that there is cell phone interference. Unfortunately, we cannot remedy the situation immediately from here.

The settings in your smartphone are also important, but I assume that roaming was switched on. If you like, please let us know which devices are involved, there may be some special features.
