Hello I ordered a SIM card on the 29.03.2025 and up until now, it’s not been delivered and it shows in delivery, how much longer do I need to wait before it’s delivered. Customer service is not helping me

    I was told 3 - 5 is working days, it’s frustrating at this point, I got a mail that it’s been handed over to Deutsche Post on the 31.03.2025, what can I do?

    It can take a while for a SIM card to be sent by letter, when it has been handed over to Deutsche Post on the 31.03.2025, it can indeed arrive next week as well.
