Unable to access offers after cancellation

I am unable to access the offers after the cancellation of my DSL Contract. The link generates an error https://www.o2online.de/econtract Is there an alternate link to access the offers? The hotline was also not reachable on Saturday.

just disappointment: O2’s 1000 Mbps cable internet

I am just disappointed. I previously used Vodafone cable internet and was not at all satisfied. I live in Hamburg, Rissen, and frequently experienced internet outages, so I canceled the contract. I hated it so much that I decided never to use any of their products again. I work from home four days a week, and spend at least four hours daily in online meetings, so a stable connection is very important to me. Two months ago, hoping it would solve my problems, I switched to O2’s 1000 Mbps cable internet. Fiber internet isn’t available here yet. Not only do I experience frequent interruptions and get disconnected from meetings since day one, but almost every weekend, I spend nearly half day without internet because of constant outages. Everything in my home, including the dishwasher, is connected to the internet. But I can’t use the internet that I pay for when I need it. This isn’t fair. And, as luck would have it, guess which company O2 uses for cable infrastructure in my area? Vodafone.

o2 landline activation

Hello, recently I ordered o2 landline internet with cable connection. I received the router and installed it correctly and everything is in order. I want to ask if my activation can be done sooner, because it is scheduled for 2nd january? It can be done remotedly so no need for technician to come. Thans in advance

ENGLISH O2 cabel internet not activated

However you are and for however reason you ended up here, take a advice: Do not get cable internet from O2 - in special if you moved in recently and don't speak well German. I 've moved some time ago to Germany with very limited German skills since my work is carried in English. I was moved to home office recently due to pandemic and decided to contract O2 for cable internet. S ince my mobile was from them as well, I thougth I would be valued as costumer. Worst idea ever. My internet was supposed to be activated and working since 21st of April. Not only is not working as I can not even communicated to the technical department of O 2 that is not working. I have been in an ongoing inferno for almost a month now. I reported several times that I was without internet in the course of almost ONE unbelievable month. Every single time I'm transferred to the techinical department that some know English but pretend they don't . At the same time, O2 debited from my bank account all the dues. Mean

Home internet not working for 3 weeks

I’m having severe internt connection issues since more than 3 weeks. Basically I only have internet 10/15 min a day. I work from home so this is becoming impossible. I have called O2 at least 6 times. Each time they say they will call me back within 48h but they never do. I u understood there was a problem with the line in my neighbourhood but nobody can tell me if and when it will be fixed. I cant continue like this because I do not know how to work and cannot afford to go to a coworking space, what are my options? Why cant this problem be fixed?

Preparing for cable internet

Hello everyone, I’ve ordered a Cable internet contract, and received my Fritzbox 6690 last week, and directly set it up and walked through the wizard to get the modem set up. As far as I understood, it should show me a temporary internet page until my contract gets activated next month. However, I see no temporary page, and the Fritzbox seems to “hang” on this message “Establishing connection... This process may take several minutes, depending on the line.” Also the Power/Cable light is blinking The Fritbox looks like this: Now I am wondering:1. Is the connection from my local cable provider simply not active yet?2. Is something wrong with the connection in my building?3. Is it the cable in my apartment that is the issue? We’ve never used the cable connection in the past 10 years, because we dont watch cable tv. What would be the best thing to do? Should a technician come? Should I just wait until next month until my O2 contract goes live? Thanks for your help!

Internet contract cancellation due to move abroad

Hello, My partner and I left Germany at the beginning of February 2024 and moved to Vietnam for work. Since we had a contract with O2, we searched and sent all the documents proving that we were leaving the country (de-registration form, contract with the new company, etc) difitally and via post. We also sent the router back to the same address within a couple of days difference. A few days after we got a notification back from O2 that they had received the router. My partner had also a phone contract and this one they cancelled it, but no news from the internet contract. A couple of months after, we were still being charged the normal amount with no notification of cancellation contract so we tried to contact O2, but it’s pretty hard due to the lack of communication channels they provide. We got on the phone with someone a couple of times but always said that they hadn’t received anything. Follow-Up on (o2 my Home M Flex) Service Cancellation Request

Hi O2 Team, I am writing to follow up on my internet subscription cancellation request. My subscription is for the "o2 my Home M Flex (Ohne Laufzeit)" service. I submitted the cancellation request on November 25, 2024, at 8:51:32 p.m. I have already paid my bill for the period of November 5, 2024, to December 4, 2024, and I wish to avoid any further charges to my account. The router is currently being packed and will be sent back to you within the coming week. My question is, why does it seem to take a couple of weeks for your team to review and confirm my service cancellation? Fiber optic ID, my order is still in an open state

Hello everyone, My name is Nithin. I recently moved to Germany and applied for O2 Home Internet on November 13. Unfortunately, my order is still in an open state, and I have not received any response from customer care. Each time I visit Media Markt to inquire about my order, I end up spending €6.50. It has been very frustrating; for instance, when I arrived at 11:00 AM, I was told to return at 2:00 PM because the authorized representative was not available. When I returned at 2:00 PM, the representative still did not show up. I ended up waiting at the O2 counter until 3:30 PM. VPN speed stuck at 8Mbps

Hello, I recently purchased the IPV4 public IP for my HomeSpot M connection to setup my Smart home networks between two of my homes. I noticed that as soon as the VPN is established between the two homes my internet speed drops to 8Mbps. Without the VPN, both homes have an stable internet is 30Mpbs>. I noticed with some trails and using another Telekom hotspot that my O2 connection is causing the drop. Any ideas how to resolve this? I think my Homespot M upload speeds to be up to 50Mbps if I’m not mistaken. Thanks in advance for you support.

Problems with new contract for the internet

I have ordered an o2 internet for my apartment via check24.My previous internet contract was from Vodafone and I already cancelled a contract (due date is 18 Dec).Now I got an email that there is problem with my order, but since I am not speaking German I don’t want to resolve the problem via phone conversation. I tried to check the status of the contract via link in the email. But the link doesn’t work and lead me to 404 page.How can I get help in English? Problems witn new WiFi connection

Hi, so a couple of days ago I did a new contract at an o2 center to change my WiFi, i have a 1000mbps Vodafone and it lags too much as well of random interruptions throughout the day, so I went to a o2 center and did another 1000mbps contract but with o2.Turns out he accidentally did the 100mbps instead but he told me it can be changed later to 1000 keeping the same router and everything, but i noticed I’m paying full price for it, like, he did the contract as if I’m a new customer, while in my o2 app prices are much cheaper. Is there anyway i can just change it on my own before it arrives? Or even after it arrives, but with the offers I have? I tried on the app but it makes a new contract, and on the email I received to check the “vertragstatus” of the WiFi, it just redirects me to “o2 hilfe” thanks for any help, Gabriele

O2 Internet Activation

I have applied for new O2 internet connection on 20th dec 2023 and activation date given to me is 15 jan 2024. Can the activation done sooner? To give background, I am new tenant to the house where I have asked for new O2 connection. Previous tenant who vacated this house on 30 Nov 2023 also had O2 internet connection and he has deactivated the Internet line before vacating the house. So the line already exists and its matter of changing the connection to my name and activating it. My request is whether the activation can be done sooner than waiting till 15 jan 2024. Order Number is considered to short for o2's order tracking

Hi anyone reading this,I ordered a Homespot M100 Flex view the helpline. I recieved an order confirmation with a tracking number. But whenever I go to the o2 Meine Bestellungen page, I am told the numnber is to short for tracking and when I go to DHL for exemple, its not working there.Is this intended? And would it be possible to know as to when it would arrive (I was told on the phone 1 to 2 business days)?Thank you <3

14 day cancelation

Hello o2 team, Yesterday a salesman came to my flat and sold me a fibre optic internet package. He told me that the price was 29.99 per month for the first year and 44.99 for the second year upwards, so I signed the contract. But now I have seen that the package is actually more expensive because the price of the router was not included. I would therefore like to cancel this contract. As this was a seller who came to my home, I have a 14-day right of return. How do I go ahead and cancel this?

I can't confirm my email with the confirmation link

Hi, I have received a confirmation email for an o2 service and I have not been able to confirm it using the confirmation link provided in said email. Every time I click on the confirm link, I am sent to the forum page. I received this email twice already, the first on Nov 18 2024 and the second on Nov 21 2024. Would you mind telling me a way to get this fixed? Does this cause any issues with payments? Best, Lenny
