network disconnect homespot 4g without notice


All sudden this morning my homespot 4g disconnected without any notification

Have you checked if there is any problem with the network? 


I have checked everything even I have inserted my sim in my phone no signal complete network disconnected no signal at all.

And what is with the link above? Have you checked there your location? 


I checked it’s say no issues in location. When sim signal is nothing then how to check the location I have checked with my other number o2 says good.. I think they disconnected my network just like that from 12 am 1st May 😭 now going to service center or customer care 10 am they open

I could take a look, your Homespot contract has indeed been cancelled by us and deactivated on 1st May.

Yes they said they don't give coverage now in my area which is sad. now i port out to Vodafone..

I am sorry you apparently didn't receive our cancellation notice and that the deactivation came as such a surprise.

We initially informed you by letter, but it was returned as undeliverable. Our staff then sent the cancellation notice again by email. Did you not receive that one either?

I apologize for the inconvenience and hope you find a new solution quickly.

We did not receive any notification anyway, but thank you for the update.
Apparently, I now need a Home Spot; I am not sure why O2 is not able to provide network coverage for the SIM card. I have switched to Vodafone, but the reception is not good. I was using this service for the past five years, and now I have no choice but to move on. I have already signed a two‑year contract with Vodafone.

Unfortunately, availability can change from time to time, for example, if there is increased strain on the mobile network. It's not always possible to add more capacity in all cases.

However, I'm glad you were able to find an alternative quickly, even if you're now continuing with a different provider.
