O2 Home S tariff question

Hello Team,

 

I was an existing customer (o2 my Internet - LTE/5G internet connection) before switching to the O2 Home S 50 connection. In the O2 website, I can see the traiff would be like 14.99 EUR for first 12 months and then 34.99 EUR from 13th month onwards(for existing customers, it will be 24.99 EUR). But I am paying 34.99 EUR without this discount from the “beginning” itself. May I know why?

Only customers who have not had an o2 Home contract in the last 12 months are eligible for the new customer discount.
The bundle discount (“Kombivorteil”) for o2 mobile customers is only available if an o2 mobile contract eligible for the bundle discount (which does not itself receive the bundle discount) is held under the same customer number. See:https://www.o2online.de/assets/blobs/pdfs/kombivorteil-pdf/

There is no discount “for existing customers”.
