O2 Kabel Kombi / O2 Home XL 600 -- website not working to confirm purchase


Hi everyone,

I’m an existing O2 mobile customer trying to order O2 Home XL 600 (Cable) via the website to get the Kombi-Vorteil (€24.99 for 12 months, then €34.99).

The website is stuck in a loop on the 'Warenkorb' page. I’ve tried multiple browsers and my phone, but the error persists. 😓

Could a moderator please send me a personalized offer via mail for this plan?

Details:

  • Router: Not needed (I have my own Fritz!Box 6660 Cable).

  • Connection: Cable (Kabel). Is an "Expressaktivierung" possible? Vodafone was the previous connection (now finished). 

  • Additional info: I also have a German eSIM (EDEKA) I’d like to port to an O2 prepaid card as a partner deal.

You can't get a combined discount with a prepaid card. That's why the order won't work!

I am happy to change this. I want to port my EDEKA eSIM over to a 24-month O2 Mobile contract to act as my main account.

Maybe a combined offer for both is possible? 

  1. O2 Mobile Contract (Porting my EDEKA number).

  2. O2 Home XL 600 (Cable) with the Kombi-Vorteil applied because of the new mobile contract.

Yes, it's best to first sign up for a Mobile Flex contract, as there are several currently on sale.  
https://www.o2online.de/tarife/ Once that's activated, you can use that login to sign up for your combined contract. You can keep your existing phone number from Edeka.

I would prefer not to sign up as a 'new customer', as I already have an O2 account as a prepaid customer. I would like to keep everything under one login to ensure any Kombi-Vorteil is correctly applied and managed.
 

Could an O2 moderator please step in to help me with a manual order? 

  • Mobile: O2 Mobile M (24 months) — converting my EDEKA number to this postpaid plan.

  • Internet: O2 Home XL 600 (Cable). I already have my own Fritz!Box 6660 (no rental needed).

Since the website loop is preventing me from doing this myself, I would appreciate it if a staff member could send me a personalized offer. Thank you! :)

A prepaid account cannot be combined with a postpaid contract. Therefore, you absolutely must order the mobile phone contract and register the phone number for Mein o2. With this account, you can then order the combined cable contract. There is no other option.


That would mean later i would have to merge two accounts for a fee of €29.99 if i am not mistaken. Surely there is a workaround for this? I do not want a second o2 account and manage two different accounts simultaneously 😪.

There’s no real incentive to stay with o2 then. I will go with another provider. Thanks for your help anyway!

It’s a shame you feel that way and want to switch. 
We can’t process new contracts here in the community. 
You can do that online or via the order hotline.
As Bumer suggested, it would make sense to take out a new mobile phone contract
and a new broadband contract, and to request number porting from your Prepaid contract.

and landline support (089 66 66 30 08 1 Mon. - Fri. 8 am - 8 pm, Sat. 10 am - 6 pm, on workdays)
