My bill contains an item I don't understand

I just want to vent. i was billed 81 euro something for the router i didn't return because i was told to “entsorg it” when the new one arrives.   today i called asking about the 82 euro bill and was told i was to return it and recoeved an SMS with the info.  i explained its not possible as i “entsorged” it already.  twice in 12 months or so o2 have taken me for a ride and cost loss of money due to their failures.

you won’t get the money back, if you are unable to sende your router back.

Danke, thank you.  I just wanted to vent its twice I have been taken advantage of. the time before they said I couldn't Geta new phone but then told I could but only after I renewed my contract and now this. ill take the hit and 20 years this summer ill be begrudgingly  changing providers

thank you for contacting us regarding the fee for the router that was not returned.

Our routers are rental devices and must always be returned upon exchange or contract termination.

I regret any misunderstanding. Unfortunately, we cannot issue a refund in this case.
