Cancelled contract months ago still paying

Hello, I cancelled my contract and it was supposed to finish on February 17, 2026. But I’m still receiving invoices and paying? What’s going on? I don’t even live in Germany anymore.

Since invoices are issued retroactively, this will be your final invoice.

Was your cancellation confirmed for February 17, 2026?

I could take a look, your contract has indeed been deactivated in February, so the current bill should be your last.

Have you been able to check it via your Mein o2 customer account?

Could you already transfer the amount?

Important is to take your customer number, which you find as Kundennummer as reference to your transfer.
