Lost access to my community as well as to O2 portal

Hello Team,

Problem 1:

I was using SIM based internet connection(017XXXX54285). Then I took O2 Home S 50 (cable based internet). Maybe because I canceled my SIM based connection, I am unable to login to O2 portal. My customer ID is 60XXXX1746

 

Problem 2:

rkm86 is my O2 community ID. Since I am unable to login, I had to create a new one. Is there any way I can get access to my old user account? 

 

I tried to solve it via Chat. but there also login to the portal is needed.

Register the landline number of your o2 Home contract, then you will have access again.

Problem 2:

rkm86 is my O2 community ID. Since I am unable to login, I had to create a new one. Is there any way I can get access to my old user account?

Please wait here for an o2 employee with administrative rights. The old account can be reassigned.

You have already received all the important information from Bumer, as i can see 😊

We cannot restore your access to Mein o2 here. To get access again, please re-register with your new contract 🙂 

However, I can change your login for the community so that you are redirected to ​@rkm86 when you log in, since i can see that this is your old community account. If you would like me to do this, please confirm your consent here.

Thanks for your reply!

I checked my contract(pdf) but landline number mentioned. Just for your info, initially I booked for DSL based connection then I switched to Cable based connection before the starting date. I have also one letter received via post, which has a rufnummer mentioned. But I think it is for the DSL based connection or is it same for Cable based connection also? I tried registering with that rufnummer but then it is asking for PKK. I dont remember I ever configured this. Though I requested for PKK but still not received. How can I get the O2 portal access again? Should I call customer care or write to any email ID?

You didn't apply for cable television, you applied for a cable connection.

You set the security code yourself when you signed the contract. Just try a few common ones. Otherwise, order the security code from them.

Thank you ​@Bumer and o2_Rebecca for your help! I have called the customer care and they confirmed my landline number is different. I have registered the correct landline number associated with my Cable internet contract and now I have restored my O2 portal access. 😊

Yeah I lost access in between 😂. But now it is working. You may redirect to this ID from where I am posting currently
