Router serial number for return cannot be found by the system.

Thanks ​@o2_Kathi for your reply. Unfortunately, that link also doesn’t find the router. My router is an “o2 Box” from 2012. Its serial number is 2043008604. What should I do?

The o2 Box 6431 type is too old, the serial numbers are not available in the returns portal anymore. Please have the device disposed of properly (do not put it in the general household waste).

​@router_return blablup is right - the router is too old, which is probably why it no longer shows up in the returns portal. Are you sure the email we sent you is about returning this router? 🤔

yes, very sure. Here it is, you can see the same serial number.

For a device that old the value would be 0 EUR.

you can ignore the message. No need to worry. There is no charge for non-return anymore.
