Internet & Festnetz - Basic Charge deducted after contract ended

Hi,

I have received the following email:

Confirmation of receipt of your cancellation notice  on 04-2025 and my contract ends on  03/28/2024 - 03/27/2026. But this month I was charged 15 euros again. 

Why this happened? What can i do further? Please guide and help

Look at the invoice for the billing period. You can find it in the top right corner:

Maybe it is one part of your last month invoice.

Okay so do i need to wait for next months bill to confirm or could i get clarified before that?

We’re sorry to hear that you’ve canceled your service with us. As we’ve already mentioned, we issue bills retroactively. This means that a final bill will be provided and charged after the contract ends. Have you had a chance to review it in detail and determine the billing period?
