Hi, I had same question last time but I haven’t found a way to solve this yet. I know some ppl provide me bank transfer would be a way to fix this situation but since I do not have German bank account, sub-charge of international bank transfer would be over the amount of what I will top up on my account.  I just need to charge less than a euro. Can I charge less than a euro through ATM?

Hello,Recently, I visited an O2 shop to set up a broadband connection. Along with that, I also subscribed to the O2 Mobile L Online plan, which offers unlimited internet for €19.99 per month. During the process, I requested to transfer my existing Telekom number to my new O2 SIM. The staff initiated the number porting and provided me with two SIM cards for temporary use. After logging into the O2 app, I noticed an additional contract listed as "O2 IoT M Online," which charges me €4.99 per month. I contacted the shop for clarification, and they informed me that it was included as part of the package. However, I find no use for this "O2 IoT M Online" contract, as I already have an O2 SIM with unlimited internet. Therefore, I would like to cancel the 'O2 IoT M Online' contract to avoid unnecessary monthly charges.Kindly guide me through the cancellation process or proceed with the termination on my behalf.Edit o2_Antje: Moved from Tarife to English Community / 19.04.2025 / 14:06 Uhr

Hi!  Can I please get an offer of upgrading my current O2 Classic M Flex to 250Mbit speed without any hardware, keeping the Flex monthly cancellable fare?Alternatively the total offer of converting both my DSL and mobile contracts from Flex ones to 24 months contracts on DSL250 and Mobile Unlimited OnDemand/alternatively as I understand O2 L mobile will be unlimited and cheaper option (including combo discount).

I made a contract for a new user online and I ordered the router offered for this tariff. Telekom technicians already established my connection on 19.03.2025, but I still haven't received the router. There are my name on the door and doorbell and all other deliveries work fine. l have been waiting for 1 month for connection and l still don't know when l can have complete solution.Edit o2_Kathi 20.03.25 Moved from the section DSL, Kabel & Glasfaser zu English o2 Community: Broadband & Landline

On October 2, 2024, I received a call from O2 informing me that my existing contract would expire in six months and that I could continue receiving benefits by renewing it. I agreed to this renewal over the phone. However, I later received two emails—one confirming my existing contract renewal and another for a new SIM contract, which I never agreed to. Since I was under the impression that I had only renewed my existing contract, I did not realize a separate SIM contract had been issued. On October 14, 2024, I contacted O2 customer service and specifically requested to cancel the contract issued on October 2. At no point was I asked for a contract number, and I assumed that my contract renewal had been canceled. However, I later discovered that only the new SIM contract was canceled, while my existing contract’s renewal remained active.Since then, whenever I called the O2 hotline, I was told that the issue had been raised and I would be informed but nothing happened. I am not sure what

I live in the 53639 postal code and quality of life on O2 is getting bad.The HomeSpot interrupts my access to the Internet several times a day with the “System” green light flashing and requiring a waiting time of up to 15 minutes to reconnect to the network.Regarding that, the customer hotline is NOT providing a solution. Now, the HomeSpot and the iPad eSim are not delivering any sort of connection, with the ‘Störung’ page saying “Eine Basisstation in der Nähe meldet Einschränkungen”.Anything to say before I cancel the contract and move to another provider?

Hello, i currently use a 100 gb contract for network, and so far, for the last 25 gb it worked wonderfully. No however, it seems to have no connection. I would like to know if maybe there is maintenance or high demand where i live at the moment, i am curretnly near Düren in Germany, to be more precise in the small city Kreuzau. Whoever reads this, have a pleasant day and i await an answer, goodbye. edit o2_Manga: verschoben von Messaging zu Englisch Mobile

Dear O2 Customer Support,I hope you are doing well. I am writing to address an issue with my O2 contracts. Currently, I have four contracts under my name. Recently, I requested a 200 GB monthly plan for my number +++++++853.However, an O2 representative called me and, instead of modifying my existing contract, mistakenly created a new contract with a TV plan, which I did not request. I had clearly asked for the plan change to be applied to my other number, ++++++++ 876, but instead, I now have an additional contract that I do not want or need.Due to this mistake, I am now unable to manage the payments for all these contracts. I kindly request you to: Cancel the new contract with the TV plan, as it was not requested. Ensure that my intended plan (200 GB per month) is correctly applied to the right number (++++++++ 876). Provide confirmation once this issue is resolved. I appreciate your immediate attention to this matter, as it is causing financial inconvenience. Please let me know

I have moved from Germany and I cant seem to get a call on the Service, I want to cancel the contract before it renews as it ends in May.Any help is Welcome!

But due to insufficent fund with me i didnt take that option too. Now i got a mail from you saying that i have to pay a bill which i am not even using. I need it to be cancelled right away. And i am dont want any such messeges coming after this. Please do this ASAP.I am attaching the mail here.
