Are you trying to activate your prepaid sim card?

What happens if you select IDnow as verification? Actually, you will then simply be redirected to a video chat where your ID document will be checked. That's why I'm not sure what you mean by ID Number.

It seems like this is a well known thing in the last few days and we are working on a fix. 
Can you tell me which browser you are using? Maybe we can have a work around. 😊
