No cabel connection after activation date, green LED blinking

Hi,

 

I had my router activation date today (12.06.25) but the cable connection LED is still blinking green. It has blinked green already before activation but now it still persists. I have done restarts and changed to another cable socket but nothing helps. 
 

My tel nr is not german and in the contract it automatically added the german landline, so in case of contact please take into account my mobile: 0xxxxx

It's not nice to read that the connection doesn't work despite activation. I've seen that you've been in contact with your
colleagues in the specialist department in the meantime.
Have you been able to clarify your issue there?
