Good day. I had a problem with the internet. It didn't help at all. Until then, I hadn't cancelled the agreement and was paying for the internet. How can I get back the help I need?

I could take a look and an unfortunate develpoment for your internet connection via cable happened for address.

I see that your internet connection via cable had to be deactivated for technical reasons on May 23rd.

We informed you via letter on May 23rd.

The cable technology for adress has been switched off with that date so that we cannot provide you internet via cable technology anymore.

Yes. But it was not there at all from the beginning of the connection. They constantly called and wrote for 7 months. And only then you disconnected. Why then did your employee offer me this connection? I want to return the money spent

@Ljolik125 The disconnection has it causes in technical reasons as the colleagues wrote in their letter. With cable technology this can be caused by the technology no longer be accessible at your address, as we rent cable from another provider.

I could take a look, three tickets to check a disturbance reported by you were opened and then the colleagues needed your feedback, for example to fix a date with a technician at your address.
