I want to cancel order of Internet Home DSL

Hello,

 

I recently Booked o2 internet home on 4th june, 2025. but I want to cancel this due to too late and I ordered new one. I already talked with seller that I need on urgent besis because of studies but when I talked with O2 support they said me that your activation date is 30th june which is too late so I cancelled order via call but just now I received mail where mentioned my confirmation of order. but i don’t need it 

so please take my concern and processed to cancel my booking because I already cancelled my booking before delivery 

so please share with me further steps as well as response me as soon as possible

You will need to speak to the shop as only they can cancel the contract, but they are under no obligation to do so. Customer services cannot process such a request.

If the shop refuses to cancel the contract then you should try to cancel the new one as otherwise you will have to pay for two contracts.

3 weeks for DSL activation is normal.

If you have ordered by telephone or online, you can withdraw from the contract within 14 days. To do so, please complete the cancellation form that you received by email and send the completed form to the email address provided on the form.

If you have concluded the contract in a local shop, there is no statutory right of revocation.

yes, I booked from a shop but I already request to cancel this via customer support

@Monika_Nandan please read about the withdrawal rules:

In your case you could only cancel the contract at the Ende of his runtime (24 months).
