Did you already report the problem to our network technicians? You can do so here: Internet & Festnetz Störung: Meldung & Entstörung | o2

And did you have a look into your Mein O₂ or the Mein O₂ App? If there is a disturbance in your region, you get a quick notification if you log in there, that may help you further.  

Are there any hints, what it may be? Do you know if others in your sorrounding are using o2 and have issues aswell? Your router works fine?
