Contract end time and bill query

Hi

 

I have submitted the contract termination of my Wi-Fi and it shows my contract end date has  March 28, 2026. I believe this is because of 2year contract since I have completed the 1year already now my question is would the bill be generated for the rest of the contract time and do I need to pay? In addition, when and how can I return the F ritzbox router.

first of all, welcome to our community 🫶 

Your contract runs to the termination date as usual as before by monthly payment. (If this is what you wanted to know?)

To send back the router you can simply user our send-back-portal: Retoure an o2: Gerät mit Retourenschein zurücksenden

You can just follow the mentioned steps there. You can send back the router short after your contract terminates. 😊
