Cancellation of O2 Home L 250 contract

Hello,
I would like to cancel the contract I signed just two days ago for the O2 Home L 250 (2-year plan). Due to personal reasons, I no longer wish to proceed with the contract.

I have already submitted the cancellation using the online form and also sent an email. Additionally, I called the O2 hotline, but the cancellation has still not been processed.

Since I signed the contract online with an agent, I was told by another agent that the cancellation must be handled by the same person — and that they would call me back. I find this procedure quite unusual and concerning.

As I am still well within the 14-day cancellation period, I believe the cancellation should be straightforward and not dependent on a specific agent.

I would appreciate any suggestions or support on how to proceed further with the cancellation.

If you made it online or by phone, you can cancel it within 14 days. Please note that this is a cancellation and not a termination of the contract.This thread i post, is for mobile phone contracts, but it works the same:

@o2_Ines  ​@schluej  I made the contract by phone. I already have sent the withdraw form to Widerruf via email and also called the hotline to terminate the contract but I did not receive a confirmation about the termination of the contract yet. It will be great if you can help me in this regard.

If this was just two days ago you will need to be patient. It can take up to two weeks for confirmation to be sent. You should have received a confirmation of receipt when you sent the form by email though. That is your proof that the form was sent in on time.
