Since I will go back to my home country. Is it ok to cancel my mobile data contract a day before my flight? Edit: Thread moved to our english community + title edited according to topic, o2 Michi 16.02.2025

I made a new contract and beside that the device was so bad (two weeks to get the correct router for example) I got my first Rechnung which is totally different from what I sign for.  I just can’t find who to speak about it. It’s easy not the contract that I have. I feel so frustrated with the service since I start this process with O2. Edit o2_Kathi 18.12.24 Moved from the section o2 Home: Vertrag & Tarife to English o2 Community: Broadband & Landline

Hi, I would like to pick up my phone rather than deliver. It is still in processing and I need it in 3 days. How can change or cancel the order? Edit o2_Bianca 14.02.25 09:32Uhr: Moved from Apple & iOS to English o2 Community mobile

Dear O2 Team, I am writing to formally request the cessation of all service charges associated with my account. My service termination was effective as of January 28, 2025. The initial termination request was submitted on November 25, 2024, at 8:51:32 p.m. Despite this, I continue to receive emails indicating ongoing service charges, and I've been paying for it without any complaints. But please note that I have already completed the required termination procedures, including returning the router, which was confirmed as received on January 9, 2025, at 3:17 p.m.I kindly request that you stop any further charges to my account. Should there be any additional charges on my bank for this month or in the future, I will be compelled to report this matter to the German telecommunication authorities.Thank you for your prompt attention to this matter.

Hello O2 Community,I would like help in changing my current tariff which is €39,99 to a lesser one per month. I purchased the sim last month. The personnel told me he was doing a contract for 19,99 for me but rather did a 39,99 for me. The amount is too expensive for me to afford every month and I would like to change it to a lower monthly offer. Kindly assist me in the right steps to take to successfully change the tariff as the current one is too expensive for me. Thank you. Edit o2_Kathi 11.02.25 Title adapted for a better overview

Hi, Somebody made a fool of me 2 weeks ago… Called me in a bad moment, pretending to be DHL and saying that I have a package (and I was expecting a package from DHL)… and to leave it in Kiosk, he said he has to send me an SMS and I have to give him a code from it.. I don't speak German, so I didn't know what the SMS was about.. I was working and in a hurry, so I foolishly believed them and gave them 2 codes..After that they changed my SIM to eSIM… and since then I can not use my SIM card. I have no time to go to the o2 Shop to see my options. Now I'm being charged 180 euros…What are my options? I can't delete eSim profile on o2online.de.. On most of things I get this message:"A notice:At your request, we will not display your personal data on the Internet. If you would like to change this, please contact our customer service by telephone.”

I have a contract O2 Mobile S Boost (ends in 09.2026) and decided for a new internet contract (O2 Mobile Unl. On Demand Online). I was convinced (by O2 Hotline worker) to change my contract to an infinite Internet, as I would have a big discount. I asked many times if the previous contract would be cancelled and if I would not be charged for both contracts, and he assured me that I would NOT be charged for both. And now I have two SIM cards and two bills, which are unaffordable for me.I would like to cancel the Mobile S Boost contract and keep just the Unlimited On Demand Online contract, with the discount I negotiated online (29,99 Euros), because that's what I was told would be done by O2.How can I proceed? I am afraid if I do it O2 will charge me the full price, and that's more than I can afford right now.And if it doesn't work I am afraid I will have to cancel both contracts.  Please help me. Best regards,Hiromi.Edit o2_Daniela: moved from o2 Mobilfunk: Vertrag & Tarife to Engl

My O2 router stopped working a couple of weeks ago. I contacted the support line and they confirmed that the router was dead and that they'd ship a new one to me in 2-3 business days. It's been 2 weeks and I'm still waiting. I don't have any tracking number to see the status of the package.I'm currently abroad and roaming charges are prohibitive, so calling the hotline is not an option at the moment. Is there another way that I can reach O2 support, e.g. email? If not, could any O2 staff let me know what's up with my router and when I can expect delivery?

Hello!I have 24 month tariff “O2 Free L Boost (LTE/5G)” started from 02.01.2023 with a notice period of 1 month. How is it possible to downgrade the tariff?I’ve read the article “How to extend your contract” but it is still not clear: can I downgrade earlier then after 12 months? Thank you!Edit o2_Kathi 11.02.25 Title adapted for a better overview
