Esim activation error

I own a phone from o2 which was under my name from the start and I switched my O2 mobile. contract from my friends name to mine until the switch I was using the physical which was working good. Now it’s changed to my name and the physical sim got deactivated and my eSIM is not being activated. 
 

I could not contact the o2 hot line for checking with them. And there is not proper information from them too. “Your SIM Is Not Supported” I am getting this error but my phone is iPhone 14 Pro which supports eSIM

Yes, the mobile contract got exchanged to my name, so I am the new owner.

welcome to our o2 Community 😀
After you transferred the contract and extended your contract, the eSIM was exchanged on 20 February 2025.
The new profile has not yet been used by you. 
Have you already set it up on your mobile phone? 
Another, second profile is active for the phone number.

Yes you are right me contract got changed on 20 feb but I could not activate my eSIM, I used an iPhone XS until 2022 November and I started using iPhone 14 Pro until now, I’ve always used a physical sim and not an eSIM.

 

i tried requesting a physical sim but it costs 30 euros

as of now I see two eSIM active and a third one ordered.

The two eSIM you can use both or just one of them?
