Offer for a new contract

Hi,

 

I have a few DSL contracts with O2. The one ending with 2913 is over and I would like to receive an offer for a new 2-year contract.

we would of course be happy to make you an offer for the extension of your DSL contract.

You are currently registered with us in the community with a mobile phone contract, so we cannot access your DSL contract. Would you please register with us with the respective landline contract and then contact us again so that we can make you an offer?

I am now signed in with the correct username. The DSL line ends with 2913.

Is your e-mail number provided for us in your Mein o2 customer account still your valid one?

Unfortunately, when I click the link I received in the email, to see the offer, I get the following message:
Die angefragte Seite ist zur Zeit nicht verfügbar.
The requested page is currently not available.

 

I suppose there is something wrong with the offer. I tried opening it on several devices.
