why when I try to access myo2 it doesn't send me to my personal page but sends me to the forum

Please register your o2 Home contract with the corresponding landline phone number and log in to ‘Mein o2’ with the landline phone number. 
Access to ‘Mein o2’ is not possible with a prospective customer account.

    Doppelt und dreifach, wurde schon mehrfach darauf hingewiesen, dies zu unterlassen
