ah okay, I just wanted to make sure that the bill is not some kind of fake. 🙂

Because we have no personal data, could you please call our english support team? They can find out what went wrong and can help you with the order. If you call us, it would be nice if you have the bill ready to hand to tell our colleagues the customer number etc.

You didn't wante kontract with me and now it's 160e came to O2 but I never have contract with you and I didn't take mobile or SIM card nothing how you can send me Factor to pay once $160 I didn't get nothing from you

let’s have a clear look on that. 

We want to know, where this invoice comes from. 
Here in our community we can not look into your personal data to understand where this is coming from. We can only do that, if you are registered with an account, that is connected to that mobile contract of yours. If you want to do this, you have to register with a new account and write here. 

When filling out the registration here, make sure to click “I am a mobile customer”:
 

 After clicking onto the next page, fill out the remaining informations and answer us in this thread. 

 

The other way you could go, would be to call our english hotline and ask there for help. If you call them, it is best to make sure you have your PKK (personal customer number) with you, to authenticate yourself. 😊
