excuse me i bought iphone 12 pro 256 g 24 month with o2 sim card with internet contract for 2 years payment in 82 euro in each month start of may and i received by dhl post,but i want to change that with iphone 12 pro 512 48 month and i pay 1 euro for 512 also but not comes…

i bought i watch serie 6 48 month and i pay 19 euro by my bank account but not comes by post yet.

i bought airpod in o2 site but email not comes for pay the deposit..

i have all documents and emails of these sets.

what i do please ??? thank you so much

i want just i watch and airpod pro in monthly without tariff,, but in site every i did try, i could not buy by my bank account and all i watch and airpod are with net tariff..

You can upgrade your tariff to o2 free Unlimited Max which is 59,99 Euro per month. 

At this point I would like to briefly refer you to the product information sheets that are available on our portal for further informations

If you want to change your prepaid tariff you can simply select the desired one in the Mein o2 App for your smartphone or in the Mein o2 area in our online portal :-)

welcome to our community. 

I changed the pack to My Prepaid S. As long as there is not enough credit in your account the pack is not valid. If you charge 10 EUR within the next time the pack will be activated.

I'm having trouble changing my tariff. I purchased the o2 prepaid L card a month ago, but I've only used about half of the data. I followed the instructions on the o2 Prepaid - tariffs, packs and options | O₂ Community (o2online.de) page, but it didn't work. I tried using *107# as well, but it didn't offer a solution. Now, I want to switch to prepaid M.

Did you try and change your prepaid package through the app or website? What exactly happened at that point, did you get an error message of some kind or why do you think this hasn’t worked?

Hallo, Can i change my tariff from O2 Prepaid S (10GB)  to  O2 Prepaid M (20GB) ? 10GD data is unsuffient for me. I want to take 20 GB data. Is it suitable?
