Renew contract


Dear O2

 

Hi, my current contract will end in May, and would like confirm if you have better offer for me to renew my contract. You could send me the attractive offer here. My phone number ends 1299 and would like to have 60GB or 100GB per month. also I use the connect option now a lot and will continue to have this fuction as well.

Currently, an offer with the free Connect option is not possible for technical reasons.

Hello ​@harry2132,

the contract extension with a free Connect option is possible again, so we could send you an offer via e-mail for the 100 GB Mobile L for an extension of your number ending in 1299.

Is your e-Mail address, which you you provided us in your Mein o2 customer account, still valid?

Hi ​@harry2132, I was happy to take a look for you and currently sent you the best possible offer with the o2 Mobile L without the connect function by email.

Please also check your spam folder if it doesn't appear in your inbox.

The offer is valid for 8 days and then expires automatically if not accepted.

At this point I would like to once again point out our product information sheets in accordance with the Transparency Ordinance.

Please note that the product details are displayed there without discounts.
