What is the wait time for eSIM contract start?


Good afternoon, I wanted to enquire about the status of my order - I ordered an eSIM card with 2 years contract, I received an email with no order number or anything. I got the information "You will receive a second email shortly with information on how to proceed." but no information at the moment after 2 days, is this normal? What is a typical time of waiting? Thanks!

The credit check has not yet been completed. As soon as this is done, you will receive another email. Also check your spam folder.
