Help! Prepaid SIM card charge

I am reaching out with a query regarding my account. Currently, I have a remaining balance of approximately 9€, and I would like to top up an additional 6€ in order to avoid having any leftover balance. However, I’ve been informed that the minimum top-up amount is 15€, which seems to prevent me from topping up only the amount I need.

Would it be possible to allow a top-up of less than 15€, specifically a 6€ charge, to help me balance my account and avoid any remaining credits for the next month?

I would really appreciate any assistance you can offer to resolve this matter.

Hi ​@orenhim,

you can also top up less than EUR 15 by sending a SEPA transfer.

Here are the instructions:

Top-up by bank transfer

  • Using your o2 prepaid mobile phone to which you want to transfer money, send an text message with the content Bank to the short code 56656 (free of charge)
  • We will immediately send you the o2 bank details and your personal reason for payment by text message
  • Use these details to transfer your desired top-up amount (e.g. 10 euros)
  • Make sure you enter the correct reason for payment, otherwise a chargeback will be made
  • We will inform you by text message as soon as we have received the money and your prepaid credit account has been topped up

Good to know: The personal purpose of use always remains the same for a phone number. You can simply save this and the bank details for future top-ups.
