I ordered iphone and they ask to pay 185 euro as initial payment but after payment they rejected by order . Its very annoying after paying and what about refund when will i get that refund i need my money to purchase device

If the order was rejected any advance payment will be refunded automatically but o2 is very slow and this can take 2 - 3 weeks.

When did you place your order and made the additional payment?
