Route/ Wifi working slow as usual

My wifi service is working so slowly since yesterday.  It is working 1.98 Mbps download and 1.88 Mbps upload speed now, it is close to a 3G speed which I think my internet should be a 4G speed Could you help me to check is there any problem for my router or my area (I live in Dusseldorf)?

First of all: your WiFi has nothing to do with o2, you mean mobile Internet :-)

Do you use a mobile contract via your router or an LTE contract of ours?

Or is your internet working again?

Did you already check your address for disturbances reported by our technical service via our live check?
