Hallo,Ich verließ Deutschland und schickte das Rücktrittsschreiben, das restliche Geld (120 Euro) und die Kontoauflösungsbescheinigung per Post an O2. Nun möchte ich nach dem Verarbeitungsfortschritt fragen. Aufgrund von Einschränkungen des Landes / regionalen Netzwerks ist es für mich schwierig, mich auf der O2-Website anzumelden oder einen Anruf zu tätigen. Daher hoffe ich, dass O2 mir eine definitive Antwort auf die Vertragsbeendigung geben kann. Hello ! I would like to know what exactly is happening to my internet?! I have 2 phone numbers, one with FREE L Boost and one with FREE Unlimited. The one with FREE L BOOST I can barely use it ! 23h/24 It has 1 line of signal and no internet access. 2 weeks ago I use to get like 60-80Mbps and now I cant even carry the test as it fails. My other SIM that i use with a Mi-Fi router was working perfect but now it fails and red light appears on the router like 3-5 times a day and the speed is extremely low compare to 2 weeks ago. Also I notice in the app that before it used to say max speed is 225Mbps but now just says LTE up to 50Mbit. Is there work going on or why is the speed throttled ?Thank you very much !

Hello. My name is subin. I sent Kündigung letters to O2 by “Einschreiben” Post on 23.10.2020. And I have traced on the internet that my post was already deliverd to O2. First one is “01XXXXX67”, which is my phone number.Second one is “ 01XXXX85”, which is sim card number that i have never used. but i have not gotten any “confirmation E-mail or letter” from you. In this case, how do i know that cancellation was successfully made or not? I found an offer and extended my contract but I have the following question, hope the customer care can help me with these. (for my number 015...….67)I was told there will be no addition cost for this extention (no activation, no tarrif change fee) - the contract email from O2 states 0 Eur tarrif change fee. But at the note below (standard text) there is a 39.99 Eur activation fee. Does this apply? I got an email and a SMS that 1 month of HD TV is for free trail and later costs 9.99/m. Please deactivate this in case this active - as I m not sure if it was just info message or any activation confirmation. Contract says I can get 2 additional multi sim and up to 7 datacard at no additional cost. Is multi-sim another sim with calling facility for the same number? Does these additional SIM cards cost any fee like activation? Can it be an e-SIM?Thanks a lot in advance.

I am moving abroad and I have filled in and sent all documents by fax and email to the o2 centre at Nuremberg. I received the confirmation of cancellation from o2 but this refers only to the mobile phone number. Does this mean my DSL will also be parallely cancelled? Hello, I got an email to say that my new sim card will be automatically enabled in 14 days but I do not want this anymore as my phone was returned. There is no option on the website to cancel this sim so how can I cancel it? Please help urgently!
Hello, I waited at home for my package with my hardware to arrive and DHL did not deliver it. They left a note in the tracking to say that they couldn’t find the doorbell. As DHL couldn’t deliver,the order has been sent back and I have now received a letter to say that I need to pay for the unsuccessful delivery?? I don’t think this is fair as the fault lies with dhl. My name is clear on the doorbell and all other deliveries come without issue. Best,Cao

Dear Team, I am an O2 customer who got a Contract with Mobile and the 2 year period is getting over this month end. I am a student and I would like to reduce the monthly contribution which is currently 34.99 Euros. I would like to continue in O2 but it will be difficult for me to manage high monthly contribution in the current situation. My current plan is O2 Free M Boost 20 GB (34.99 Euro monthly contribution) I would like to change it to 10 GB plan which should be manageable for me. I am not able to find an option with 10GB in the contract extension option. Could you please help me in this regard? Hello, I have signed up for the Free Unlimited Max tariff back in March, and despite some service disruptions the service quality was overall o.k. so far.However starting in September I have started receiving bills for over 90 Euros instead of my expected 50. The extra amounts show up in the bill as “Verbindungen & Services” with no breakdown or any other explanation.I have been unable to reach out via telephone (language barrier), and my questions via chat have never been answered.I would like an explanation to these extra charges and to understand how to get rid of them and be refunded for these past two months. Does anybody have any suggestion for a non-German speaker? Thank you.
I have recently travelled to home country and I changed my sim to another phone . I have to enter sim pin which i forgot and tried to unlock by entering PUK. After many attempts of entering correct PUK code , now I have notification of invalid sim . In September I went to the O2 shop to inform that my contract was ended, the men in the shop offer to me a new plan from the end of September (day 27). He told me, I can give you this new plan but you need to get a new chip and a new number, ok, I said yes, no problem with change my phone number. He explained that the new plan is unlimiteded for like 30 euro app. The only thing to be carefull is the day that I need to chenge my chip. We did the contract, everything looks normal. On 27 Sep. I check my new chip, receive my new number the email with the activation. BUT surprice, I received other email with another number too! I think maybe is a mistake. Now my last invoice of the new plan is 114 euro! I mean, if I only use one number, then I check both cost and it’s no more than 50 euros!, What happens?
