Hello, I am in need of some help. I have being trying for several months now to cancel my O2 contract after moving back to Canada. I have tried using Mein O2, sending via mail, and faxing. I have no been able to succeed yet. I first attempted this back in Aug 2020. I would just like to have a email contact from O2 that can support me in English to handle this situation but I cannot seem to find this. Any support would be very help full because mail has failed due to the pandemic situation, faxing from Canada does seem to work to the number on the form, and I am running out of options.

I just checked the situation concerning your cancellation because of moving abroad.
At the moment, we just need your confirmation that we are allowed to debit the 3-months-fee from your bank-account. You also received an e-mail on 1st Febrúary with this request.
The best thing for you to do is the following: Please fill out the cancellation letter that you find in these instructions: Instructions for cancellation because of moving abroad
You can send the cancellation-form by fax or by letter.
I hope you manage to do that from Canada.
