                           My name is Gursharan singh kaler.my mobile number is xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx i request to you before some days i will check new offers in o2 mobile app By mistake the unlimited net pack was activated i already discontinue it but that show it deactive in feb.i requested to you am a good & responsible customer of O2 mobile.please resolve my problem as corona am out of money its very difficut to pAy ammount of this plan.i already calls to customer service but can‘t Reach.please contact me by mail or call Am waiting for your positive response.please response my email as soon as possible.

welcome to our English Community. :blush:  You are right, for many the Covid-19-epidemic is a hard time. :sweat:  

 

I regret that you mistakingly ordered the wrong package. 

 

But the charge will not be very great. You ordered the “o2 Unlimited”-Pack on 26th December. The first month is for free. Therefore, you will only be charged with a small amount from 27th January until 8th February 2021. 

 

As soon as you see an amount on your invoice, just come back to us. We will then give you a credit so that you do not need to pay for the package. 

 

Is everything fine with your tariff? Do you wish to order a tariff-change instead of the package “o2 Unlimited”. We have very interesting offers for our o2 Free Unlimited-tariffs. Just have a look here: Extension offers .

                          Thank you so much for your response but donot show anything changed in my o2 app.How many charges deduct 26 jan to 8 feb plan if it possible please i dnt want any pacakage help me.

the package is going to be cancelled in February 9 th. Up to this day you don’t have to pay any fee for this. 

Your current invoice shows an amount for the package but this is already credited.

O2 deducted money this month unlimited plan I got a mail money will be back but I can't receive any money please check my account gave back money thanks allot because that was a mistake.please help me.i call customer service but they don't speak English.Thank you.

Don´t worry, the deduction for your package “o2 my Data unlimited” will be seen on your next invoice. The credit will then be balanced with your next invoice. 

 

You will not receive any money back on your personal bank-account. 

 

So, just relax and wait for your next invoice.
