Hi, I ordered a postpaid SIM CARD with O2 my home M with 4G/LTE but I haven't received it yet and it has been 7 days. I received a message on 19th January 2021 that it has been sent via Deutsche post but I have not received it. Please help me what can I do in this case or either send a new SIM Card.
