Hi O2 team,

I would like to take my current mobile number from o2 prepaid to another provider. Could you please release my number for porting immediately?

Even though this page says I can do it via App or MyO2, I couldn't find it anywhere: https://www.o2online.de/service/vertrag-tarif/rufnummernmitnahme/

Thanks in advance and waiting for the number release.

First of all, I would like to ask you not to open different threads for the same subject. At the moment, we are quite busy here in the community. Therefore, an answer can take some days. 

 

I regret that you would like to terminate your prepaid-tariff. As I see, you already managed to release your number on another way. You received an SMS as confirmation today. 

 

Therefore, please contact now your new provider and ask for the porting of your number. We will charge you with a fee of 6,82 €. Please make sure that you still have this amount loaded on your old prepaid-card. Otherwise, we will not be able to transfer your number to the new provider. 

 

If you still have a remaining amount on your card after the porting, you have the possibility to fill out this form: pay-back remaining amount to your personal bank-account
